too young for credit cards, too old to scrounge...

Recently a number of my friends have mentioned that they own and frequently use credit cards.
These are people who are 17/18 years old. Now, admittedly at this age people are more independent, but still it seems a little young to be paying off debts, or even having debts in the first place!

I am unemployed, job hunting is a difficult task as there is apparently something infinitely un-employable about me, and I've got parents and friends on my back about earning some money, not just for their benefit but for mine too.

My passion is writing. I like to write anything, I have a lot of information in my mind and I like to get it written down or typed for the world to see, but there just aren't enough jobs around (part-time) where I can use this talent to earn me some money. If anything, school is holding me back!

When my friends start taking out mortgages or loans, that's when ill start to worry the most. But for now, back to school for me.

Max Lowndes Wright.
